1. Can I fax in an order, or do I have to personally call?

Orders can be faxed or called in, whichever is more convenient for the customer. To receive an order form, please call customer service or print the order form from our website and fax to 626-452-1806.

2. What are the terms of payment?
Invoices are rendered past due after a net of 30 days

3. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we currently accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

4. Is there a shipping and handling fee?
There is no handling fee, but shipping charges are applied based on UPS rates.

5. When will my order be shipped out?
Usually orders are shipped the same day so long as they were placed before noon Pacific Standard Time. Otherwise products will ship the following business day.

6. When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders shipped via UPS Ground within Southern California and some parts of Arizona can be expected to arrive the next day. For any other locations in the United States, ship times range between 2-5 business days.

7. What options for shipping are available?
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Other options include Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select.

8. What if I have my own UPS or FedEx account?
We will happily apply your account number to any order at your request.

9. Can anyone buy these products?

 prescription item(s) can only be purchased by a certified or licensed healthcare practitioner.

10. Can I purchase only accessories?
Yes, simply tell us which accessories you wish to purchase and we will have them shipped to you that same day.

11. Can I drop ship to a separate address?
Yes, a drop ship option is available to all customers.

12. What if I have numerous offices?
When ordering, please specify which office the order will be shipped to.

13. What is Elite’s return policy?
At Elite Orthopaedics Inc., we firmly stand behind all of our products. If there are any problems or dissatisfaction regarding our product, simply request a return authorization number with one of our customer service agents and they will issue a call tag that same day for the package to be returned at no charge to the customer.

14. What is Elite’s product warranty policy?
All braces supplied by Elite Orthopaedics Inc., have a warranty of 90 days effective from the date of delivery to the purchaser. Elite Orthpaedics Inc., warrants to the original purchaser that product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply if the product has been altred in any way or has not been used in accordance with the instructions provided with the product.
