thicknesses: 1/2 inch and 1 inch.

- In the event your shoe sizing falls between two sizes, it is recommended to size down
Small (T15022) fits shoe sole measurement between 10" and 11-1/4" and shoe sizes Women's 5 to 8-1/2, Men's 6 to 8
Medium (T15024) fits shoe sole measurement between 11-1/2" and 12-3/4" and shoe sizes Women's 9 to 11, Men's 8.5 to 10.5
Large (T15026) fits shoe sole measurement 13" to 14-1/2 and shoe sizes Women's 11.5 to 13, Men's 11 to 13
X-Large (T15028) fits shoe shoe sizes Women's 14+, Men's 13.5+
Sizing (fits either right or left foot)
Small fits shoe sole measurement between 10" and 11-1/4" and shoe sizes Women's 5 to 8-1/2, Men's 6 to 8
Medium fits shoe sole measurement between 11-1/2" and 12-3/4" and shoe sizes Women's 9 to 11, Men's 8-1/2 to 10-1/2
Large fits shoe sole measurement 13" to 14-1/2" and shoe sizes Women's 11-1/2 to 13, Men's 11 to 13
X-Large (T15028) fits shoe shoe sizes Women's 14+, Men's 13.5+
*It is generally best to choose an Evenup a little too small rather than a little too big.
